TO PROTECT FREE & FAIR ELECTIONS

VOTE YES ON PROP 50

Donald Trump is trying to sabotage our democracy, cheat the system, and undermine free and fair elections in America — rigging the 2026 election by stealing Congressional seats even before voting begins.

That’s why, in the State Senate, Tim Grayson helped put Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act, on the November ballot.

California has a duty to defend democracy, which is why Prop 50 puts the power back in the hands of the people of California to approve emergency congressional district maps.

It ensures the 2026 midterm elections are conducted on a level playing field — without an unfair advantage for Republicans — all while reaffirming California’s commitment to independent redistricting.

We must fight back against Donald Trump’s power grab, protect fair elections, & defend our democracy.

Tim was the first in his family to earn a college degree. His father was a Teamster and his mother was a public transit worker. Tim has been a licensed general building contractor for nearly 30 years and operates his own small business. In 2010, he was elected to the Concord City Council, winning reelection in 2014 and eventually serving as the City’s Mayor. As Mayor, Tim worked to balance the City’s 90 million dollar budget and built up the rainy day fund.

Since being elected to the legislature, Tim has authored and passed historic legislation to build more housing that is affordable for working families, establish statewide rent protections to help more Californians stay in their homes, and increase access to effective mental health services for our California firefighters and first responders. Tim passed legislation to put an end to predatory lending and rein in the payday loan industry. He secured $30 million in statewide funding for Family Justice Centers which help connect victims of domestic abuse and interpersonal violence with support from a wide array of state agencies. Grayson was at the forefront of the effort to create a new budget reserve account to complement the state’s constitutionally capped Rainy Day Fund.

Tim and his wife of more than 30 years, Tammy, have two children and live in Concord.
